These terms and conditions apply to all arrangements between:

UBM Information Limited (company no. 370721) trading as CVMatch4Jobs whose registered office is at Ludgate House, 254 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 9UY ("We"/"Us"); and "You" - any person who wishes to use the CVMatch4Jobs website, services and facilities.

  1. You will be entitled to apply to have Your CV displayed on the CVMatch4Jobs website ("the Website").
  2. You must ensure that Your CV is true and accurate and not misleading in any way, and that it does not contain anything that is illegal, defamatory or which You are under a duty to keep confidential. You will indemnify us against any liability that arises in respect of the content of Your CV.
  3. We will use our reasonable endeavours to make Your CV available on the Website to those potential employers and others who access the Website from time to time; we cannot however guarantee that availability and we shall have no liability if Your CV is not available due to reasons beyond our control.
  4. We will use our reasonable endeavours to apply the privacy settings that You select for the availability of Your CV on the Website and to restrict access to it but we cannot guarantee that those settings will be applied or that access will be restricted as You request and we shall have no liability in relation to this.
  5. There is no fee payable for having Your CV made available on the Website on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
  6. We will make Your CV available on the basis of these Terms and Conditions for such period as we consider reasonable; we shall be entitled to cease making Your CV available after the end of that period.
  7. You are responsible for selecting the "hide" option or for deleting Your CV from the Website when You no longer wish it to be displayed and available.
  8. Please refer to our Privacy Policy which will apply to these arrangements.
  9. Clearly we cannot and do not give any guarantee that You will be successful in Your search for a job as a result of these arrangements.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
